    Target Audience: All PCSB Employees
    As a result of this training participants will: learn strategies & communication skills necessary to deescalate acting out individual in a safe non-harmful way designed to provide the best possible care welfare safety & security., student achievement will increase due to decrease in escalation of behavior
    Cultural Objective: Identify ways to respond and deescalate crisis situations recognizing the diversity of cultural differences
    Teacher Expectations: 2.1 h. Use verbal and nonverbal behaviors that indicate caring for students., 2.1 e. Apply consequences for lack of adherence to rules and procedures., 3.1 a. Demonstrate and implement the Principles of Professional Conduct.
