    Target Audience: All classroom teachers working towards the ESOL endorsement.
    As a result of this training participants will: identify and adapt appropriate assessment instruments and /or evaluation measures to determine the ability of ELL students to function independently in the mainstream classes, ELL students will receive high quality instruction that meets their cultural and linguistic needs to enhance student engagement, and improve language acquisition, and achievement.
    Cultural Objective: Identify various assessment strategies and accommodations for use with diverse populations
    Teacher Expectations: 1.1c. Use multiple assessments and information to plan instruction., 1.1d. Utilize available technology to collect, analyze, and communicate student data., 1.1b. Use formative assessments to collect and track student progress and guide instruction.
